Choose from 3 standard formats:

1. Shown at far left: Customer imprint at top and right margin - order style BB845
2. Shown in middle: Customer imprint at top only - order style BB855
3. Shown at far right: Customer imprint at top and both right and left margins - order style BB886

Calendar portion printed in standard blue and gold ink with customer's own wording printed in top heading area 3 3/*" x 21" and/or area 3 3/8" x 10 1/2"

Corner Trim: Woodgrain, Black, Red, Blue, Green or Burgundy.

Price includes one standard color. For two standard colors, add $80 set-up plus $.40 each running.
For two colors, with one or both colors being non-standard, add $158 set-up plus $.40 each running.

Prices do not include shipping. You may have the items shipped via your own carrier and charged to your shipping account, should you choose. Otherwise, shipping will be billed separately.

NOTE: When submitting artwork via E-mail, it is recommended that you zip your file. Once the ordering process is complete, click on "Submit Your Artwork" and reference your order number in the subject line - then send the artwork as an E-mail attachment. Files in excess of 1MB, after being zipped, must be sent regular mail.
